4. Pro Citizenship

Pro Citizenship is a subscription service billed monthly via Stripe. The founding rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription as long as you maintain active membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Scrape or automated-fetch data from the Site at scale
  • Resell or redistribute Stonkistan data without permission
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use the Site for market manipulation purposes

6. Data Availability

Market data on Stonkistan is maintained in a 7-day rolling window. We do not guarantee data availability and may modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonkistan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided herein.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
